Donna Karen
Short sleeved coats, portrait collars and slim fit skirts reflected a boardroom chic collection. While her signature stretch jerseys and flowing evening wear remained true to her roots, nudes, egg shells, sky blues and arctic whites added a much deserved elegance to a timeless collection. Cinched waists and lowered hemlines remained true to the season’s most desired trends.

Tommy Hilfiger
"It's a continuous evolution," Hilfiger said backstage to style.com. "Everything we put into motion last season is starting to bear fruit." Hilfiger has embraced a classic approach to American sports wear, a return to his earlier collections. Sailor blues, arctic whites, pinstriped suits and brass-buttoned blazers reflected his classic clean cut signature designs.

Anne Klein
Anne Klein has found a new niche market, otherwise known as woman’s boardroom chic. The seventies saw Anne Klein as a classic sports wear brand, but three decades on the rebirth is most welcomed. First on the runway was the “art attack” shirt dress, inspired by Toledo’s husband, Ruben, when the dress was accidentally grazed with paint; it was the first of a functional and elegant collection. Lacquered cotton dresses and transparent raincoats added a touch of individuality to the collection, as did a flowing tailored egg shell suit.
