Betty Jackson
Betty Jackson took her love of art and painting to the runway this season. Prints, subtle knit wear and embroidery were contrasted with neutral tones and understated leather coats, jackets and dresses. The label that infamously dressed the Ab Fab duo, Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley, continues to be inspired by the arts. There was once a time when Betty Jackson sought to transfer epic paintings onto cloth in order for every print to be unique. Her collection reflected the duality of one ensemble having the ability to transfrom from day to night with the addition of a simple accessory.
