A source said Kate, who has been dating 40-year-old Jamie for 18 months, had used the occasion to announce the good news. 'Tonight was a celebratory dinner to announce her pregnancy', he said. 'Kate was very dressed up just for dinner at the Ivy Club, where she goes all the time, and her belly said it all. It's great news.'
