Lauren Conrad Talks about designing the ‘Trophy Girls’!
Lauren Conrad and her assistants visist the Comcast Entertainment Building (the home of the E! Channel and the Style Network) on Tuesday morning in Los Angeles and next month’s Emmy Awards ‘Trophy Girls’ outfits will be designed by Lauren Conrad: “I’m doing one. I may be doing two,” she told People Mag:. “It’s a huge compliment to be asked to do that, and it was really amazing to be taken seriously.”On the drama side of things rumors are aflutter that she’s been romancing My Boys actor Kyle Howard after the pair were spotted at some of LA’s hot spots including: Crown Bar, Project Beach House in Malibu and Teddy’s at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. However Lauren insists that she’s single, she told Us Weekly “No. I know him, that’s it.” Earlier this month at a Teen Choice Awards event, L.C. added, “I’m single and having fun.”
We think it would have been nice to see the design gig out to a fashion newbie or allow people to compete on it similar to project catwalk to give new design talent more opportunity. What are your thoughts?
